Conveyor and automatic batching system

Major component part of the control cabinet with the analog board and the working status of display devices used as computer backup systems. The status display include: positive and negative state, start stop status, material storage status. Belt conveyor is interlocked according to running order, including security interlock and acousto-optic alarm. Presetting alarm settings include: safety devices and emergency devices; lack of material alarm, less material alarm, belt transport machine motor overload protection and shutdown alarm. A variety of acousto-optic alarms are set that it is easy to distinguish problem and dispose it promptly.
