      Hydraulic system uses large displacementconstant power variable pump and large volume accumulator oil supply system.Its design is advanced and reliable, high integration degree of the valveassembly. So the performance of the whole machine hydraulic system is excellent, stable, reliable and durable.

       

      The automatic hydraulic press uses the moldframe floating structure. It achieves the effect of two-way pressure byadjusting the compression piston with the box movement speed difference.

       

      The automatic hydraulic press uses theforced mixing feeding which is suitable for the fast uniform feeding indifferent raw materials system. Flexible clip brick can improve the efficiencyof billet and brick quality effectively and enhance the rate of suppressiongreatly.

       

      The automatic hydraulic press can configurea stacking machine or a robot stacker. Both machines can realize the crossstacking layer by layer, greatly reducing the labor, so that we can reduce theprobability of stacking, improve the yield and easy to realize that packingwithout pallets after kettle.
